Inside Sales Representative
Description
GSE Carbide has an open spot in its team for the position of Inside Sales Representative. We supply our customers with carbide rods, optionally pre-machined in our grinding shop, and carbide preforms.
As an inside sales representative, you are the link between the customer, internal organisation and suppliers. You are responsible for preparing and following up offers and also support the account managers by following up visit reports.
Your tasks
- Preparing, sending and following up quotations for our grinding activities;
- Administrative recording of quotations / orders;
- Creating and managing the order / quotation planning (setting priorities in the sales - order flow);
- Providing commercial prices (price lists, project prices, etc.);
- Supporting the account managers by following up visit reports;
- Making customer contact for quotations, orders and corresponding planning from within the ‘ operation’;
- Requesting current prices from our suppliers.
Your profile
- You are fluent in Dutch, English and German;
- You have at least 2 years' work experience in a similar position;
- Besides having strong communication skills, you are also flexible;
- Intensive customer contact makes you enthusiastic.
